In February 2021, Mackenzie Health opened Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital in Ontario, the first smart hospital in Canada, which is temporarily supporting the surge of COVID-19 patients in the province. Featuring fully integrated smart technology systems and medical devices, the new facility is uniquely positioned to provide an enhanced patient experience that supports real-time information exchange and enhanced infection control.
